• Professional Hoof Trimming at 6 week intervals

• Daily wellness checks

• Unlimited access to a variety of low sugar, low starch/carbohydrate hays 24/7 (small mesh hay feeders) plus grazing forage

• 7-day round of psyllium quarterly

• Unlimited access to clean water

• Fecal testing seasonally

• Supplementation with California Trace PLUS (concentrated trace mineral supplement for horses), flax oil and free-choice salt

• Daily supplementation of owner-supplied feeds and light medications as needed –once a day

• Will stand for vet/farrier as needed

• Owner supplied fly masks on/off as needed

• Treatment for minor cuts/scrapes

• Fly spray as needed

• Regular grooming

• Frequent photos/updates

• Fall & Spring wellness checks with a veterinarian ($35 fee)

• Hay test analysis from Lab upon request

Additional Costs billed to Owners as needed:

• All Veterinary Costs including annual teeth floating, vaccinations and emergencies

• Farrier costs for services beyond barefoot trimming

• Worming as needed, based on fecal test results

• Chiropractic, PT, massage or any other therapeutic appointments

• Blankets, blanketing and blanket repair

• Ponying or hand-walking

• Vehicle/Trailer parking

• Loving/Peaceful end of life options
